Feta & Olive Chicken Balls

- 1 lb. ground chicken
- ½ c fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 T onion, finely chopped
- ½ c feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ c green olives, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 t Italian seasoning
- ¼ c seasoned breadcrumbs
- Preheat oven broiler.
- In a large bowl, mix everything together.
- Shape into approximately 16 meatballs and place two inches apart on a baking sheet.
- Broil about 3 inches away from the heat until browned on top.
- Turn over, and broil on the other side.
