Cranberry Salsa

       - ½ c fresh or frozen cranberries
- ¼ c sugar
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ¼ c chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 t coarsely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and sliced
     - Combine all salsa ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse on/off until the mixture is chopped (not pureed).
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
