D was out the door to meet up with his tennis buddies very early. I was hoping that it would give me a chance to sit and enjoy the start of the day. And then I thought “why do I have to miss out on this gorgeous morning because of my writing?” so I set my laptop up on the terrace and I got at it!

Stopped for a coconut yoghurt breakfast. Had a hammock nap before lunch. D spent the afternoon by the pool while I hung out in the shade.

We walked into town

for a wonderful dinner at Fredys.

Super entertainment was provided by the carnival dancers. Coconut ice cream at Juanitas for dessert. We split a cab home with R & M. The time spent with old friends is never wasted.
